Return and Refund Policy at Samyak Fashion

24-Hour Return Policy:

At Samyak Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows for returns within 24 hours from the date you receive your order. If 24 hours have passed since your receipt of the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• It should be in its original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customized Items:

Please note that customized items cannot be returned or replaced unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt. We take great care to create customized items according to your specifications, and they are unique to your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

• Perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
• Intimate or sanitary goods.
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
• Gift cards.
• Downloadable software products.
• Some health and personal care items.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted if:

• The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Eligibility and Cancellation:

Returns without prior approval are not permitted. We only accept returns that are authorized by us and shipped to our India shipping address. If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, a 15% Cancellation Fee will be assessed before credit is issued. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, it will be treated as a return with all applicable fees.

Change in Order:

Once an order is placed, you are not eligible to change or alter items, including quantity, size, color, etc. If you have any change requests, please email us at support@samyakfashion.com.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and your bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@samyakfashion.com.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Regular priced items may be refunded, but sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send an email to support@samyakfashion.com.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Out of Stock Products:

While we strive to maintain sufficient stock, there may be instances when a product goes out of stock. In such cases, the refund for the canceled item will be issued to you.

Return Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail it with our prior approval. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
