At Samyak Fashion, we are committed to delivering your fashion orders promptly and efficiently. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience with us.

Order Processing Time:

All of our products are made to order with the utmost care and attention to detail. We require approximately 7 days to complete the processing of your order. This allows us to ensure that each item meets our high-quality standards.

Transit Time:

The transit time for your order is typically 3 to 5 business days, depending on the geographical location of the shipment. Please note that shipments to PO Box’s, APO, and FPO addresses may require an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.

International Shipping:

We proudly ship our products to customers all over the world. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive tracking information via email. We partner with trusted courier services such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, Aramex, China Post, or EMS for international shipping unless a specific alternative is requested and approved by us.

Multiple Shipments:

In some cases, we may choose to ship your order in multiple shipments, including different items or parts in separate packages. If any part of your order is unfulfilled, we may offer a refund for the unshipped portion.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive for timely delivery, there may be instances of shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, including but not limited to customs processing or unforeseen events, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges for these delays.

Late or Missing Delivery:

Since all our dresses are designed specifically to your ordered size, we are unable to cancel orders due to late delivery. Rest assured, we are committed to delivering a product that meets our quality standards, even if it requires additional processing time.

Additional Import Charges:

Custom taxes and import duties are determined by the rules of different countries and are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in our ordering process and may be charged by your government. International customers are required to settle any customs or duty fees imposed by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their occurrence, as policies vary from nation to nation.

24-Hour Return Policy:

At Samyak Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows for returns within 24 hours from the date you receive your order. If 24 hours have passed since your receipt of the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customized Items:

Please note that customized items cannot be returned or replaced unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt. We take great care to create customized items according to your specifications, and they are unique to your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Eligibility and Cancellation:

Returns without prior approval are not permitted. We only accept returns that are authorized by us and shipped to our India shipping address. If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, a 15% Cancellation Fee will be assessed before credit is issued. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, it will be treated as a return with all applicable fees.

Change in Order:

Once an order is placed, you are not eligible to change or alter items, including quantity, size, color, etc. If you have any change requests, please email us at support@samyakfashion.com.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and your bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@samyakfashion.com.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Regular priced items may be refunded, but sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send an email to support@samyakfashion.com.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Out of Stock Products:

While we strive to maintain sufficient stock, there may be instances when a product goes out of stock. In such cases, the refund for the canceled item will be issued to you.

Return Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail it with our prior approval. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
